Brick Production Team | Car Deckers, Yard Hands & General Labourers
Casual/Temporary, Permanent
Location: South Guildford & Middle Swan
Roster: Monday-Friday | 5:00am-2:00pm (Overtime available with penalty rates)
Employment Type: Casual with view to permanent
Hands‐on, outdoor roles preparing and repairing kiln cars, strapping and moving product packs, and supporting production. Travel between sites may be required in company vehicles.

Car Deckers | Middle Swan
* Prepare and repair kiln cars
* Clean and maintain decks after fired products are removed
* Ensure decks withstand repeated exposure to high temperatures
* Support production with general labouring tasks
General Yard Hands | South Guildford & Middle Swan
* Make brick packs, perform quality control, and pick & pack products
* Operate forklifts and perform general yard duties
* Travel off-site to construction and building sites to address customer issues
* Always work as a supportive, collaborative team
To be considered, you will need:
* Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport
* Construction Induction Card (desirable but not essential)
* Forklift Ticket (desirable but not essential)
* Proven work history demonstrating reliability
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors – rain or shine
* Ability to pass ongoing Drug & Alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
