Multiple Cleaning and Gardening Positions Available

We are currently looking for a number of experienced domestic cleaners and gardeners who share our values to join our team.
This role is best suited to applicants seeking consistent, long-term weekday work and will require you to drive to multiple jobs/locations throughout Sydney per day.
*Please note that our cleaning team is all female.
*Gardening positions require a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
Job requirements - All applicants must have:
* Proven experience and references
* Own car and current driver's license
* Ability and willingness to carry either cleaning or gardening equipment in their vehicle
* Be available to work a minimum of 4 FULL days per week 8:30am - 5:30pm (no weekends)
* Confidence driving to multiple locations throughout Sydney each day

Hiring Process: Step 1 - Application

Step 2 - Paid Trial
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a paid trial day.
This enables us to see the quality of your work, how well you follow instructions and take initiative and how well you fit in with the team and our clients.
This enables you to get a feel for the type of work we do, what will be required of you and if you think the position is the right fit for you.
Trial rates pain in line with the Award: Cleaners - $32.31, Gardeners - $30.35, plus paid travel time and kms between jobs.
One or more trial days may be required.
Step 3 - Offer of Employment
After a successful trial day/s you will be offered the position and pay will be negotiated based on experience and performance. Upon employment you will be required to apply for your NDIS Worker Screening Check if you do not already have one.
