About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Personalisation & Martech to lead the development and integration of personalisation solutions that power over 50 million customer interactions each month. Sitting within the Personalisation Integrations Squad, this role is pivotal to scaling our capability and delivering measurable impact across all customer channels—from app to retail to contact centre.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for integration-focused personalisation initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional squads, internal stakeholders, and strategic partners, you’ll deliver seamless, data-driven customer journeys—powered by automation, insight, and connected technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Product Leadership & Strategy
Drive the execution of the personalisation capability blueprint within your domain, aligning closely with key users, squads, and customer needs. Contribute to major strategic initiatives such as Centralised Decisioning, AI acceleration, and My Optus App innovation.
* Platform & Integration Management
Lead the development and delivery of integrated personalisation solutions across channels (e.g. app, retail, digital, contact centre). Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and vendor partnerships to deliver continuous enhancements with measurable outcomes.
* Cross-Functional Delivery & Impact
Collaborate across Digital, CVM, Product, Data, and Channel teams to enable consistent and valuable customer experiences. Coordinate agile sprints and manage multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders.
* Agile & Operational Excellence
Operate as a hands-on leader within your squad, ensuring all deliverables are prioritised, sprint-ready, and executed efficiently. Drive continuous improvement through analytics, customer feedback, and cross-functional engagement.
* Partnership & Vendor Collaboration
Maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors (e.g. Salesforce, Pega, Google, Lexer). Leverage their expertise and platforms to accelerate integration and maximise capability.
About You
You’re a product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and brings strong experience in digital personalisation, product management, and Martech integration. You understand how to bring together data, technology, and people to solve complex problems and deliver brilliant customer experiences.
You’ll bring
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
* Proven experience in personalisation, digital product management, or MarTech integration.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering ROI through digital capability.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega Decisioning Engine, Braze CDP or equivalent marketing platforms.
* Comfort working with APIs, digital architectures, and agile delivery environments.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Experience working within mobile app and web environments.
* Exposure to omnichannel marketing strategies across digital and assisted channels.
