For a well-established client and an exciting and ongoing project we are looking for a **Learning and Development Coordinator** with significant experience within large scale projects and companies.
**Your responsibilities**
- organising trainer logistics
- confirming, adapting and adjusting schedules to meet Training needs
- within the agreed schedule, liaising with the team to ensure they have booked venues, co-ordinated attendances, informed attendees and follow up and reschedule those who have not attended.
- collate evaluation reports and sheets
- manage invoicing and follow up
- update and maintain the LMS system
**Your skills & experience**
- **Outlook and Excel** are a proficient forte
- Invoicing
- Administration skills, such as **booking & organising**:
- Keen to learn and grow
