About the Role
As a Resource Recovery Driver Trainer, you will provide operational direction and advice in the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and coordination of training for Resource Recovery Employees.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing advice and support to relevant stakeholders to facilitate, develop and embed a positive and sustainable culture of safe work practice
* Couching, training and reassessing Resource Recovery Employees
* Regularly performing inspections, observations, audits, and evaluations
* Developing and delivering driver development programs by producing education material aids and conducting/coordinating courses for Resource Recovery Employees
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current 'HR' Class license
* A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or substantial years of relevant experience applied within a waste fleet operations environment
* Pride in your safe operating skills
