About the Role
Due to internal promotion, we are seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated individual with high attention to detail to join our supportive, close-knit Resource Planning team.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruiting suitable candidates for shutdown and project works.
* Plan and organize manning for scheduled shutdowns and project work.
* Onboarding of new employees.
* Mobilization to sites, as per site‐specific compliances.
* Data entry and filing.
* Monitoring and updating employee records.
* Answer and direct overflow phone calls.
* Booking medicals, training and flights, when required.
* General office duties as required.
* Ability to work in a busy environment and multi‐task.
* High attention to detail.
* Can work effectively in high‐pressure situations.
* Can think ahead, approaching upcoming tasks without being prompted.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Previous two years' experience working in a similar role is advantageous, however, ongoing training will be provided.
* Previous experience using Rapid Crews, preferred but not essential.
