The Role As a Support Practitioner you'll be part of a friendly and dedicated team and we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction where no two days are ever the same. You'll provide support to adults with various disabilities and/or additional support needs in Perth.Your main aim will be supporting the individuals with their day to day needs including personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication. In addition, with all of the individuals we support enjoying being part of their local community, we're also looking for you to be enthusiastic and creative about participating in and supporting with their hobbies and interests which include activity clubs, swimming, football, boccia, day trips and eating out.About youHere at Cornerstone we recruit on values and transferrable skills, we're more interested in what you as an individual will bring to our team. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need to be successful in your new role. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and yearly SSSC registration fees too!
