There is now an opportunity to join NRW Holdings as we are seeking an experienced and service focussed HRIS and Reporting Lead to join our HR Systems team.
This role ensures data accuracy, system integrity and timely reporting while providing high-quality support to internal stakeholders.
The HRIS and Reporting Lead is responsible for overseeing the HR Information System (HRIS) and reporting functions, managing the HR System Administrator and HR Reporting Analyst.
This role collaborates with HR, IT and other departments to optimise HR systems, deliver actionable insights and support the implementation of recent HRMS systems.
**Reporting to the HR Systems Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:
- Oversee the administration, configuration and maintenance of multiple HR Systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Manage the creation and delivery of HR reports and dashboards, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Lead and support the HR System Administrator and HR Reporting Analyst, fostering professional development and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for new HRMS systems and system enhancements.
- Support the rollout of new systems and processes by managing change initiatives, communication strategies and user training to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements, system upgrades and automation opportunities.
- Ensure HR data is accurate, compliant with relevant regulations and secure, managing any associated risks.
- Work closely with HR Partners, IT and other departments to ensure HRIS functionality meets business needs and aligns with organisational goals.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on HRIS tools and reporting features to enhance system adoption and data literacy.
**To be considered for this position it is preferrable to have**:
- Demonstrated experience in a HR systems role with a thorough understanding of HR systems, data management and ability to troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ability to analyse HR data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams, fostering growth and managing performance, including strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and support the team.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather documentation and translate business requirements into system specifications, including strong organisation skills and the ability to manger project timelines, resources and deliverables.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
