Op Shop Sorter
Our Op Shop operates as a fully functioning retail store, recycling and reselling quality second-hand goods to support our vital community programs. As a sorter, you'll be the first step in giving these pre-loved treasures a new purpose.
Responsibilities
* Receive and sort donated items
* Check quality and suitability for sale
* Organise items into categories (clothing, homewares, books, etc.)
* Prepare and tag items for sale
* Keep the sorting area clean and safe
Training will be provided; no experience is necessary.
You may be required to work in our store on occasions.
What we're looking for
* Volunteers with a keen eye for detail
* Physically capable of light lifting and standing
* Organised, reliable, and happy to work behind the scenes
* Willing to commit for at least 6 months

Training
