The opportunity
We are seeking a high calibre individual to join our EBM Insurance & Risk team, based in Perth. The successful applicant will find themselves in an organisation and role that offers:

There's real work to be done in:
* Providing general administrative support to the Account Managers and Regional Director.
* Maintaining client/insurer relationships.
* Assisting with renewals, new business and claims settlements.
* Preparing reports, manuals and schemes documentation.
* Providing broad based assistance in the development and growth of the business.
* Identifying prospects, new developments and research relevant to growth and sales objectives.
Your experience
With previous insurance industry experience under your belt, you're looking for a unique opportunity to grow your career. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service, you'll:
* Ideally be Tier 1 or 2 qualified or keen to pursue this study.
* Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, ask questions and see the bigger picture.
* Be a team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments, revenue and client satisfaction.
* Possess well developed problem-solving abilities and be eager to use your initiative to ensure the efficient running and growth of the portfolio.
* Offer great organisational skills so you can juggle multiple priorities
* Display excellent communication skills allowing effective engagement with different stakeholders
