You bring structure, energy, and confidence to the sales floor — and people follow your lead because you know your stuff.
You are:
* A proven retail Sales Leader with a strong KPI track record
* Confident building and leading teams from the ground up
* Commercially sharp and numbers-driven
* A hands-on leader who leads from the floor, not the office
* Customer-focused with high standards around experience and service
* Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth retail environments
* Flexible to work a Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday roster
About the Role – Sales Leader (New Store Opening)
This role is about ownership.
As the Sales Leader for our new Ballina store, you'll play a key role in launching the site, building your team, and setting the benchmark for success. You'll be responsible for driving sales, developing people, and creating a high-performance culture from day one.
This is not a "keep the lights on" role. It's a build, grow, and lead opportunity.
