This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in analysing, designing and improving business systems that support our operations.


About the Role

* You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, operations and management to identify business needs, design solutions and optimise processes.

The successful candidate will have:

* A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in transport or logistics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power BI, Excel, MS Project).


Key Responsibilities

* Analyse business processes, workflows and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Evaluate and implement software solutions to support fleet and transport management.
* Gather and analyse data related to customer demand, driver behaviour and performance.
* Develop dashboards, reports and data visualisations to support decision-making.
