They provide expert M&A, corporate finance, valuation and strategic advice across a wide range of sectors including industrials, real estate, financial sponsors, technology, metals and mining and renewables/infrastructure.
Role Overview The bank has recently opened an office in Brisbane and has hired a senior banker to build out a team there. As part of this team build, they are looking to hire an Associate and a Vice President. This team will focus on mandates across General Industrials, Sponsors, Tech and broader TMT, Healthcare and Consumer & Retail.
Responsibilities The successful candidates will play a vital and accountable role in executing (and originating at the VP level) M&A and capital‑raising transactions across a range of industry sectors, preparing and reviewing client materials, and supporting the team in financial analysis and market research.
Qualifications We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years (for the Associate role) and a minimum of 6 years (for the Vice President role) relevant investment banking and transaction experience gained from another investment bank, boutique or corporate advisory firm. Excellent commercial, financial and analytical skills are essential, particularly in financial modelling.
