Hopscotch Kitchen Bar – Earlville QLD

Salary: $76,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation

Hopscotch Kitchen Bar is a busy and well-established restaurant in Cairns, operating successfully for over five years. Our menu is predominantly Italian-inspired alongside a variety of modern dishes. We offer a supportive team environment.

We are seeking a reliable Cook to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook menu items
* Assist with food preparation and service
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation
* Follow recipes and presentation standards
* Ensure food safety compliance
* Assist with stock rotation

Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 1 year experience as a Cook
* Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Reliable and hardworking
