One thing is certain... you'll get to work with world class technology, receiving ongoing training and support from your friendly team.Your responsibilities will include:Operate and monitor high speed machinery: Set up, start, operate, and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.Perform routine maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.Quality control checks: Inspect products for consistency, labelling, and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Let's Talk About You...We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shiftGood verbal and written communication skills to manage day to day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issues and escalationsEagerness to learn your production lineSafety First Mindset- a disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plantExcellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipmentPrevious manufacturing production experience highly regarded but not requiredAustralian work rights – permanent resident or Australian citizenThe Recruitment ProcessOur application process is quick and simple
