Job Overview
Lead the end-to-end customer supply chain planning process to deliver accurate product forecasts, seamless customer ordering, resulting in best-in-class service levels across all customer accounts. Drive collaboration and integration between PepsiCo and customer planning processes, aligning Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service strategies to maximize sales, and cost efficiencies. Provide insights and guidance to the S&OE process on risks and opportunities, while fostering strong internal relationships with supply planning, agronomy, DC operations, and commercial teams to ensure timely, accurate, and value-driven delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
* Cross functionally align forecast achieving a 3-way match between Operations, Sales and Commercial Finance.
* Work closely with Vendor Replenishment Planners and directly with customer contacts to improve alignment and integration of Smiths planning processes with that of the customer.
* Maintain close communication with customers on any service challenges and recovery.
* Develop strong link with customers including, where possible, supply chain top‐to‐top meetings, steering group meetings reviews and project development sessions and share best practices / repeatable models nationally where possible.
* Lead collaboration meetings improvement to allow for greater visibility and planning for both PepsiCo and customer. In customers where collaboration meetings don't exist, work towards introducing them using the knowledge and templates used in other accounts to drive best practice.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that drive supply chain efficiencies with customers.
* Providing visibility of business challenges as they relate to gaps to AOP across the platform.
* Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people measured through the OHS.
* Collaborate with sales to review and solve for low code product reducing E2E waste.
People Management
* Lead a team of 5 Demand planners and analysts.
* Lead a team of 6 VRPs.
Qualifications
* Tertiary Education
* Min 10 years experience, a flexible, customer-driven supply chain.
* Candidates from FMCG industry will be preferred.
