In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the performance of our Workplace/Office assets in Macquarie Park, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets and provide accurate monthly forecasting and property reporting.Asset Management: Drive asset net profit by maximizing revenue opportunities and managing expenditure within budget.Lease Management: Manage lease administration, including accuracy of lease set up, rent reviews and managing critical dates.Lease negotiation: Assist in negotiation new leases, renewals and disposals.Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of satisfaction and retention.
