In this role you will be responsible for completing landscaping tenders, from undertaking detailed take offs to the final submission. You'll play a key role in shaping high-quality projects and supporting the broader construction team. Tasks & Responsibilities Tendering on landscape construction and maintenance projects. Undertake detailed quantity take offs and preparation of schedules. Thoroughly review project documentation to assist with preparation of detailed estimates. Obtain quotations from suppliers and sub contractors. Assist with preparation of returnable schedules and contract documentation. Skills & Experience Proven experience as an estimator in the landscape industry, Hold a Certificate III in Landscape Construction or similar. Relevant tertiary qualifications in landscaping or project management would be an advantage. Experience working on civil and commercial landscaping projects. Proficiency using estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
