About the Role
This exciting opportunity is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. The role will provide reception, administrative and clerical support services to our Assessment and Case Management Services.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of customer service to clients, staff and external providers.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails and phone calls.
* Develop and maintain accurate records and databases.
* Assist with data entry, reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
