* Be the first point of contact for clients, buyers and vendors, managing reception, calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
* Provide administrative and marketing support to the sales team in a fast-paced real estate environment.
* Prepare listing documentation, agency agreements, and ensure compliance requirements are completed accurately.
* Coordinate property marketing - including photography, online listings, brochures and signboards.
* Maintain and update CRM database, register buyer enquiries and assist with vendor reporting.
* Assist with preparation for open homes, buyer registrations and general campaign support.
* Maintain organised property files and office systems with a high level of attention to detail.
* Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while contributing to a positive team environment.

What We Are Looking For:
* Strong computer and word processing skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience in customer service.
