Offer description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead new projects relating to advanced technologies within the marine sector. You will manage technical delivery, schedule, budget, and compliance from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle execution of marine and offshore projects.
* Manage project schedule, budget, risks, and change orders.
* Ensure compliance with IMO, classification societies (DNV, ABS, LR, BV), and flag-state regulations.
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
* Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and problem resolution.
* Monitor progress, report to management, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine/Mechanical/Offshore Engineering (Master's).
* Minimum 5 years experience in the marine/offshore industry.
* At least 5 years in a senior project engineering role.
* Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, classification rules, and marine regulations.
* Experience with MS Project and engineering software.
* PMP or Chartered Engineer certification is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel to shipyards and project sites.
