The Position
Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for clients. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory patients.
Working in a supportive team environment, you will be responsible for delivering Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services in Home Care in South-West Sydney, including :
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own homes through home care packages / NDIS.
* Working holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
* Educating clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
* Liaising with service providers to ensure effective communication.
* Working autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.
You will be supported by our home care team, who will schedule appointments and plan efficient routes.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for someone passionate about making a difference. You should have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude, be outcome-focused, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. You must have :
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
* Registration with AHPRA
* Police Check Clearance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
