Stromlo Forest Anglican College is a brand-new school community in Canberra, offering a warm, values-driven environment for students and staff. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team, supporting food service operations within our Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Junior School.

About the Role
Working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm, you will assist with the day-to-day catering operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and well-organised food service environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* General front-of-house duties and food service support
* Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dining, and service areas
* Assisting with basic food preparation
* Supporting the kitchen team with daily operations
* Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Enjoys working both autonomously and part of a team in a school environment
* Has good communication and customer service skills
* Can follow procedures and maintain cleanliness standards
* Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or school environments is advantageous
