Member Support Consultants (MSCs) are the heartbeat of our Goodlife Health Clubs. Every conversation they have has the power to change someone's life. As the first point of connection for prospective members, MSCs inspire people to take that all-important first step on their wellness journey — helping thousands of Australians become faster, fitter, stronger and happier every single day.
This is a dynamic, people-driven role with a clear sense of purpose. MSCs drive membership growth through proactive sales and outreach, while also building lasting relationships that keep members motivated, supported and engaged.
True Goodlife ambassadors, MSCs are experts across every touchpoint of the club experience — seamlessly moving between lead generation and sales, delivering standout service on reception, and proactively connecting with members to elevate their experience and strengthen long-term retention.

Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
* Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
* Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
* Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
* Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
* Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
About you:
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
* The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
* Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
* Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
* Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
