Overview
Provide efficient and effective administrative support and general administrative duties within a Divisional Directorate setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality confidential administrative support to the Endocrine Directorate team including the Director and Nursing Lead.
- Perform typing in an acute health care environment.
- Co-ordination of clinics including Prader-Willi Syndrome (Multidisciplinary Clinic), Turner Syndrome and Growth Hormone & Lucrin appointments
- Referral management with Referral's workflow
- Monitoring and maintaining waitlist for new patients
- Management of departmental phone calls and generic emails
- Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures are not defined.
