Technical Service Desk Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customer support, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
* This role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
* You will be required to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions that meet customer needs.
* Maintenance of physical and virtual Windows Server systems is an essential aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in IT server administration, IP network engineering or telecommunications. A strong understanding of networking fundamentals and problem-solving skills are also necessary for success in this role.

1. Provide prompt response times while maintaining high-quality support interactions with customers over phone/email/webchat/other supported mediums;
2. Analyze IT related incidents/service requests/problems (issues) utilizing resources available on company intranet portals as well document evidence including diagnostic steps utilized during analysis/resolution processes;
