In the Assistant Broker Advocate role, you'll play an important role in supporting brokers through timely, accurate, and professional service. You'll engage with brokers primarily through online and phone based channels to help resolve enquiries, navigate processes and support a consistent and positive broker experience.
This role is critical in delivering operational excellence, strengthening broker partnerships, and ensuring a consistent approach to the market
This is a full-time permanent role and you may be based in any of our offices nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
What You'll Do
Provide support to brokers across a range of enquiries.
* Develop an understanding of broker business needs to ensure a positive experience.
* Maintain clear and timely communication with brokers and internal teams.
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members, ensuring appropriate visibility
* Support the delivery of consistent service across the Broker Service function.
* Identify opportunities to improve service processes
What You'll Bring
Strong customer service experience, preferably in finance or insurance environment
* Background in Service, Underwriting, Claims, or Portfolio or Relationship Management is preferable
* Demonstrated experience managing complex service issues
* Comfortable engaging with senior brokers and internal leaders
* Ability to operate autonomously with accountability
* Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
* Strong service acumen
