Corporate Services Manager – Environmental Water Solutions (Osborne Park, WA)
Environmental Water Solutions Pty Ltd, known as Complete Home Filtration, is a rapidly growing, award‐winning WA‐headquartered business specialising in whole‐home water filtration systems. Our mission is to deliver clean water and premium service to families across Australia.
In just under 8 years, our team has grown from 1 to over 200 and we're still expanding.
We are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our Osborne Park team. In this role you will manage relationships between the company and our customers, provide support to the business units, develop and refine policies and procedures, and train and manage team members to deliver premium customer experiences.
The salary range for this position is $80k – $85k plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to senior management, including budgeting and day‐to‐day business activities.
* Manage staff, facilities, and financial resources to support business operations.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents on operational matters.
* Supervise administrative staff and ensure information is provided accurately and on time.
* Develop and maintain workplace procedures, policies, and operational processes.
* Assist with budgets, financial reporting, and planning activities.
* Represent the organisation at meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Work Schedule
Full‐time (38 hours per week) across rotating shift patterns in our Osborne Park office.
Qualifications
* Diploma level (or above) qualification in Business Management, Organisation Management or similar.
* Proven experience leading and managing a team in a call centre environment.
* Extensive experience in developing policies and procedures.
* Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency in using Google Suite, CRMs, and team scheduling software.
* A positive can‐do attitude and strong work ethic.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, comfortable representing the organisation externally.
* Ability to learn new skills in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong time‐management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
* Experience in the water filtration industry (highly advantageous).
