About the Role
A seasoned head chef or senior sous chef is required to oversee a small, dedicated team. The successful candidate will lead menu innovation, operational excellence, and team development.
Responsibilities
* Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food across all outlets.
* Ensure smooth kitchen operations, including rostering staff and managing labour costs.
* Collaborate on menu development and maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Supervise and support the kitchen brigade and monitor kitchen equipment and workspaces.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
* Strong background in hotel kitchens, with exposure to restaurant and conference & events operations.
* Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage and inspire a small team.
* Creative and confident in developing seasonal menus.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr.
