- We’re expanding our team and are seeking a confident disability industry professional to join us as our new SIL Growth Coordinator! 
As the SIL Growth Coordinator at Community Living Australia, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and development of our SIL services. Based in our Mount Barker office, with the benefits of a flexible hybrid work arrangements this full-time position will see you lead initiatives to grow our SIL offerings and support more individuals with disability to live independently while ensuring SIL services are offered in line with NDIS standards and organisational values.

**Key duties of what you'll be doing** 
- Provide practical support and navigation to regional and central services teams around SIL service growth. 
- Oversee client leads, working alongside regions to prioritise and convert these into active services. 
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications to promote SIL service offerings and develop leads. 
- Support and progress the alignment of organisational systems, processes, and resources to SIL needs and growth. 
- Maintain project timelines and documentation for SIL growth initiatives. 
- Support the preparation of business cases and internal proposals. 
- Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, housing providers and stakeholders around SIL services. 
**Qualifications and skills you’ll bring** 
- Great people skills and a ‘can do’ approach 
- Excellent understanding of the disability sector including broader sector developments and challenges 
- Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or a related field or a relevant qualification or professional experience. 
- Have and maintain a current Australian Class 1 Drivers License for duration of employment 
- Obtain and maintain a NDIS Worker Check 
- Obtain and maintain a DHS General Employment Probity Check 
- Travel to service regions, sites and locations
