About the Role
We are looking for experienced Catering Assistants to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. In this role you will be working in a self-directed team setting executing a high level of food production and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and catering areas. Your main tasks will be to help set up morning and afternoon tea, prepare sandwiches and salads for lunch and help with the dishes. Shift times will vary but will mainly be during business hours and may include some weekends and evenings.
About you
In addition, you will demonstrate:
awareness of and interest in current food trends and innovations
attention to details and keep will organised and tidy within your workspace
strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
calmness under pressure
be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical exemption

These are casual roles and hours are based on a roster. Flexible availability is key as coverage for evening and occasional weekend shifts may also be required.
