Key Responsibilities:
* Client Support & Resource Navigation: Provide information and advice on library resources, systems, and services.
* Operational Management & Documentation: Create, edit, maintain, and delete library and institutional records.
* Team Support & Problem Resolution: Support, supervise, and act as an escalation point for colleagues.
* Continuous Improvement & Flexibility: Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies.
As a key member of the Learning Resources team, you will manage the University's reading list system, assist teaching staff with copyright management, and work collaboratively across Library teams to support teaching and learning initiatives.
