Branch Customer Advisor – Leave & Relief – Banking – Aitkenvale
Join us as a Branch Customer Advisor in our Aitkenvale branch. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a seamless and tailored customer experience. The role also covers our Townsville branch; a valid licence and transport are required.
Hours
Monday and Tuesday: 9:15 am – 4:15 pm
Wednesday and Friday: 9:15 am – 5:15 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am – 4:15 pm
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Aitkenvale branch by providing the first point of contact for customers.
* Identify suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure.
Qualifications
* Passion for delivering gold‑class experiences to NAB's diverse range of customers.
* Team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.
* Customer‑centric thinking and appreciation for inclusion and diversity.
* No banking experience required – full training provided.
