About the Opportunity
Sage Education Australia is at a turning point. We have established a reputation for excellence and a solid foundation for vocational training in aged and disability care, early childhood education, and community services. We are now looking for a powerhouse Growth Manager to partner with the Managing Director to scale the business to its next stage.
We have a clear vision, proven systems, and a roadmap of exciting projects ready to launch. We aren't looking for someone to start from scratch—we are looking for a strategic executor to take the wheel. You will work side by side with the Managing Director to turn existing ideas into reality, optimise our current sales/marketing engines, and scale the team to realise our potential.
You will assist with the day-to-day management of sales, marketing, and recruitment to streamline our path to the top.
Salary: $120k+ (Negotiable) + Super + Bonus
The Mission
Your goal is simple but ambitious: take the Managing Director's vision and help us optimise the current business operations into a system-driven machine. You will be responsible for:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Auditing our current sales process and building a high-converting funnel for student enrollments and B2B partnerships.
* Marketing Management: Working with internal or external resources to ensure lead generation is consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective.
* Recruitment & Scaling: Identifying talent gaps and providing assistance in hiring the sales and support staff needed to handle our growing student body.
* Operational Excellence: Enhancing our CRM systems and automated workflows to ensure the business runs smoothly as we scale.

You are a rare breed—someone who is highly strategic but doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves to get a system off the ground.
