Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
* Coordinate training sessions with site-based workers
* Design and develop cultural ambassador training materials
* Interpret and apply research findings to develop program materials
* Create tailored resources in collaboration with partners
* Conduct iterative testing and refinement of training content
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
* Implement sponsorship programs
* Identify, match, and engage participants with the program
* Pilot programs across multiple sites
* Design and develop network programs
* Launch cultural ambassador programs nationally
* Apply continuous improvement frameworks to adapt training delivery
* Administer surveys to assess participant experience and measure program impact
Qualifications and Skills
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Understanding of cultural and operational dynamics of the construction industry
* Excellent written communication, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated experience liaising with stakeholders
* Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Passionate about driving positive change in the construction industry
