Role Description
Rapid Haulage is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in the Largs Bay. The Payroll Coordinator will handle end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate employee payments. Key responsibilities include processing payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and regulations, maintaining payroll records. The role requires high attention to detail and the ability to ensure confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
Qualifications
* Experience with Payroll Administration, including payroll processing and maintenance of accurate records
* Proficiency in Payroll Taxes with a solid understanding of compliance requirements
* Knowledge of payroll processes and employee compensations
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in MYOB and MS Office applications
* Exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills
* Previous experience in the transport or logistics industry is an highly desirable
* Certificate or Diploma in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
