**About the role**

Being a Support Officer, you be responsible for delivering front line customer service to a broad range of client groups, including principals, school administrative staff, markers, Supervisors of Marking, and students. The role assists in the administration of all Higher School Certificate (HSC) marking appointments, and providing support to other marking and resources team activities, and exam support as required. The role will provide timely and effective support to the recruitment of markers and ensuring the best outcomes for the marking operation. Working in a high-volume environment, you will work with the team to meet critical and competing deadlines.

**On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for**:

- Providing support to clients accessing and using NESA eServices
- Appointment of HSC markers
- Assisting in the preparation for Supervisor of Marking and online marker briefings
- Contributing to the identifying and implementing system enhancements.
