Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Support Engineer to join our team. As an Atlassian generalist, you will provide support, design, and implementation services to clients, helping them maximise their use of the Atlassian suite.
This is a mid-senior level role, requiring strong technical skills and a 'can-do' attitude. If you have experience working on an IT support desk, proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments, and foundational coding skills, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for providing ticket-based, email, and phone support for clients, partners, and internal teams around the Atlassian tools and supporting infrastructure. You will also triage and resolve support requests, manage Level 1, 2 and 3 tickets, and contribute to our knowledge base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working on an IT support desk
* Proficiency in both Linux and Windows environments
* Foundational coding skills with a willingness to develop further
* Experience administering or configuring enterprise software
* Understanding of SQL databases, networking concepts, and Java
