You will be trained by an experienced Head of Commercial with a track record across fintech, capital markets, and enterprise technology. If you want to build a career in tech sales, this is where you start.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person channels to generate qualified meetings
* Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and develop personalised outreach sequences
* Build and maintain a clean, structured pipeline of leads in HubSpot CRM
* Prepare meeting briefs for the Head of Commercial or Account Manager ahead of each qualified meeting
* Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot
* Participate in weekly pipeline review with the Head of Commercial
* Track competitor activity, industry trends, and market signals across AV, workplace technology, and adjacent sectors
* Identify and flag emerging opportunities in new verticals or geographies within WA
* Contribute to the refinement of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and lead scoring criteria based on field learnings
Skills & Experience
* 1-2 years in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (B2B preferred, we're open to training hungry, resilient professionals looking to break into tech sales)
* Demonstrated ability to generate meetings through cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
* Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar) - desirable
* Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
