We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
* This is a challenging role that requires the ability to lead a high-performing team through busy service periods, train crew members, proactively improve guest experience, and support inventory and financial management as required.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading a team of staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment
2. Developing and implementing effective training programs for new hires
3. Monitoring and controlling labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures
4. Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
