You'll map and document new system processes, streamline existing ones, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to create clear, practical operational policies and supporting materials. To be successful in this position you will have: * Experience in government policy, business analysis and process optimisation. * Proven capability in end-to-end process analysis and design. * Experience developing clear, accurate and fit for purpose policy, procedural and instructional documentation. * Experience applying recognised methodologies such as BABOK, PMBOK, Lean or Six Sigma. * Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills.
