Concrete Labourers - Precast Construction
Location: Herne Hill, WA
Job Type: Casual / Contract (12-16 weeks with ongoing opportunities)
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for experienced Concrete Labourers to join a busy and growing worksite with consistent hours and long-term potential.
ASAP start (targeting mid-late next week), working Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (40-hour week, with potential overtime as workloads increase).
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning and preparing concrete moulds prior to pours
* Pouring concrete into moulds
* Using trowels and tools to smooth and finish concrete
* Stripping precast structures once set
* Pressure cleaning moulds and preparing for the next pour
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in concrete labouring or construction
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* White Card (essential)
* Forklift ticket (desirable but not essential)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (must be within ~30 minutes of Herne Hill)
Additional requirements
* Willingness to undergo random drug and alcohol testing
* Availability for an immediate start

PPE Requirements
