The Cardboard Mill – Heidelberg West | Hybrid
The Cardboard Mill is growing, and we're looking for a smart, organised and client-focused account manager to help us deliver standout solutions for some of Australia's biggest brands.
From trade shows and shopping centre activations to retail displays and custom builds, you'll manage projects from brief to delivery – ensuring every client feels supported, informed and excited along the way.
What you'll do:
Nationally you'll lead our engagement of Agencies
Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate projects end-to-end, including quoting, scheduling and working with production to deliver on the client vision
Work closely with our internal team to ensure accuracy, timelines and quality
Seek opportunities to add value, solve problems and grow relationships
Represent The Cardboard Mill with professionalism, creativity and care
What you bring/experience:
Over five (5) years experience in account management and client relationship-building
Strong project management and organisational skills
Experience in creative solutions, event planning, or similar industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency in using digital tools to manage projects and communicate with clients
Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple jobs at once
A solutions-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to interpret briefs, provide quotes and liaise with production
Sincere interest in sustainability, and design-led cardboard productions.
Account management and client relationship-building experience
