We are seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to join our clinical trials team in a pivotal leadership role.
The successful candidate will take ownership of investigational product operations and provide strategic guidance on trial start-up, feasibility planning, and pharmacy workflow optimisation.

Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end investigational product operations: receipt, storage, dispensing, accountability, and destruction.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, protocols, and guidelines.
* Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary pharmacy team.
* Implement and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and documentation processes.
* Optimise pharmacy operations to enhance trial efficiency, throughput, and audit-readiness.
* Drive process improvement initiatives, identify system enhancements, and champion best practices.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, feasibility, finance, and sponsor-facing teams.
* Contribute pharmacy insights to trial feasibility, start-up planning, and operational strategy.
Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist with relevant qualifications and experience.
* 3+ years clinical trial experience in a pharmacy role.
* 2–3 years general hospital or community pharmacy experience.
* Proficient in electronic IP accountability systems and related software.
* Strong understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines.
