About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Townsville. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and friendly sales style, highly organised with open communication to liaise with the retail team and have the ability to maintain existing key accounts whilst thinking outside the box to bring on new business and clients.
In this role, you will work alongside the Store & Operations Manager and will be expected to maximise sales through generated leads, cold calling and overcome any objections to close the sale.
The successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills, account management or business development experience is a must, and the ability to drive sales and meet KPI requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise sales through generated leads, cold calling and overcoming objections
* Maintain existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities
* Work closely with the Store & Operations Manager to achieve sales goals
