About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
* Motivate and lead a team of educators within the Kindy room
* Inspire a lifelong love of learning through child‐led enquiries, community connections, and positive early education experiences
* Design, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs that reflect each child's strengths, interests, and development
* Support the centre to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards
* Foster a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all children
About You
You will bring:
* An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA‐approved equivalent qualification
* Relevant teachers' registration (where applicable)
* A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* A current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis) or willingness to obtain
* A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and helping children reach their full potential
