What You'll Be Doing
* Conduct comprehensive cardiac assessments and develop treatment plans
* Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions in hospital settings
* Collaborate with cardiologists, physicians, and nursing staff
* Provide patient and family education on cardiac health management
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
* Mentor and support junior nursing staff
What We're Looking For
* Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
* Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or equivalent
* Substantial experience in cardiac or critical care nursing
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commitment to evidence‐based practice and continuous learning

Details of Appointment
Multiple permanent, full‐time day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Hours are to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary
Salary: $148,470 per annum (pro‐rata). Employer superannuation contribution is 12% on top.
Salary range is in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
Additional allowances may include a Post‐Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type.
