Job Summary:
This is a Temporary Full Time position up to June 2027 with potential ongoing employment. As part of the Fusion programme, you will work on exciting projects that form part of the SW LIMS Program.
About The Opportunity
NSW Health Pathology is undertaking its largest digital health transformation initiative to date. This will improve patient care and forensic and analytical science services to help solve crimes. We are looking for a Project Manager to make a positive impact on people's lives in NSW.
We operate over 60 laboratories and 200 collection centres across NSW, conducting 60 million tests annually. Our network of pathologists is supported by scientists, technicians, and staff who quickly and accurately assess samples for clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex technical projects in a large service industry
* Develop and maintain project schedules, working closely with senior leaders
* Manage risk, quality, and progress of projects to organizational standards
* Ensure successful program delivery and realization of benefits
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of diagnostic or scientific laboratory processes and workflows
* Experience leading and managing complex technical projects
* Proven project management skills, including scope, schedule, risk, and budget management
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
