In this role, you will report to the Roster Team Leader and beresponsible for the response rostering process.
Engaging in effective and efficient communication to addresscovering staff absence, this includes re-rostering and respondingto changes as they arise. You will liaise with staff and managersin a communication style relevant to the event, this will bethrough face-to-face, phone, text message and email.

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork
* The availability to work within the hours of 1:30pm- 8pmMonday-Friday, and 5:30am- 8pm on alternate weekends
* High level of knowledge and experience working in arostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced andmultidisciplinary 24/7 industry
* Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands ofa busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention todetail
* A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreementinterpretation and fatigue management principles
* Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and TimeCapture systems including experience undertaking systemadministration functions to keep the Rostering system up todate
* Demonstrate effective communication skills and the abilityto liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
