Client Service Specialist
We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to support the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
About the Role:
* Manage client communications, including phone and email inquiries, with high standards of responsiveness.
* Oversee production-related inquiries, including cataloging, accessioning, processing, and dispatch.
* Act as the first point of contact for client and general inquiries, providing professional responses.
* Deliver training and support on the Client Web platform to enhance client capabilities.
* Manage debtor processes, including accurate billing, invoice verification, and timely credit processing.
About You:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly approach.
* Experience in client service, administration, or office support, with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Desirable experience delivering basic training or guidance to clients.
* Able to follow established processes and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
